• Question: why can birds talk e.g parrots and yet other animals can't, apart from humans

      Birds are only copying what people say – or sounds that they hear i.e. mimicking! So its not exactly that they can “talk” as such. I mean all animals can communicate in some way – at least within a species…they just don’t speak english! However if you are Dr. Dolittle you might be able to understand them!! 🙂

      Birds like parots work via mimicry or copying us.. they dont know it as speaking…
      Many animals do communicate though just not via speaking..humans do have the most complex language tho!
