• Question: When is the next Solar-Maximum?

      Hi there ropst896!! The next solar maximum is predicted to be sometime in the year 2013. According to NASA scientists the peak will probably occur in May, but it will be a below average spectacle – not too many sun spots! It is actually predicted to be the weakest solar maximums since 1928. Too bad! I was looking forward to seeing some cool new sunspot pictures =)
