      Hi. I had to look this one up, because I wasn’t sure. You could look it up too – most of the information out there on caffeine is actually reasonably accurate. Just check a couple of places to make sure they agree.

      Be careful also to compare how much you would actually drink. A cup of tea is typically a little smaller than a cup of coffee, but much larger than the amount of coffee in an espresso.

      A typical cup of tea has half the caffeine of an espresso, and between half and a third the caffeine of a cup of drip coffee.
