Hi mcglynn. Well sort-of. It seems that the cartilage (thats the malleable hard stuff under our skin) in our nose and our ears keeps growing but at a slow rate. Also I think maybe as we get really old our features start to look more pronounced because I skin becomes more elastic and sags. The two effects probably contribute to the observation that older people have larger noses and ears. Neat question!
