• Question: if you sent a rocket to the sun would it melt?

      Almost certainly – and most likely before it got there because the sun is REALLY hot!!! Its surface temperature is ~5500 degrees celsius!!! and thats pretty hot (a hot day in the UK is about 24!) 🙂

      So unless you found some material that could withstand this heat it would never get there! 🙂
