• Question: I think everything in space is always moving, so if we say something on Earth is 'stationary' then technically it is still moving at great speed through the universe. Would you agree with me?

      hello lolmart! Yes! I absolutely agree with you. In particular Earth rotates at its equator at a velocity of about 1,000 miles an hour!! And, the Earth moves around the Sun at about 67,000 miles per hour! So yes we are moving pretty fast. Fortunately, the size scale is much much bigger than us and we are moving at a constant velocity so we don’t feel it too much!
