      Hi Erin!

To some extent – it’s partly genetic but protecting your skin from the sun, having lots of antioxidants, not smoking and having a happy life can all reduce wrinkles! πŸ™‚

By living a healthy life style and avoiding the sun as Amy said. Also by keeping the skin hydrated by using a good moisturizer helps!

Hi again Erin! Wrinkling in the skin is caused by lots of things, including habitual facial expressions, sun damage, smoking, poor hydration, and various other factors including just plain aging. Clearly as we age many of these factors build up – hence we have more wrinkles as we age!We can however prevent most of these sources from doing a lot of damage. Sun damage, smoking, and poor hydration are all easy to avoid with a healthy lifestyle. But there are of course all those fancy and expensive creams out there – I am not sure how far they will get you though. I would say taking care of yourself is your best bet!!

You can;t prevent them but you can make their effect less.. healthy diet and not too much sun! Sun damage ages your skin alot…you could probably find some figures somewhere!
